Ordinances on quality and access

Pursuant to the Law on Electronic Communications, Law on Postal Services and Statute of the Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services, the Managing Board of the Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services, in its session of December 29, 2014, adopted the ORDINANCE ON THE QUALITY PARAMETERS FOR THE PROVISION OF POSTAL SERVICES AND ON THE MINIMUM QUALITY STANDARDS FOR THE PROVISION OF UNIVERSAL POSTAL SERVICE, prescribing the quality parameters for the provision of postal services and minimum quality standards for the provision of universal postal service to be observed by the public postal operator or another licensed universal service provider.

The Managing Board of RATEL, in the same session, also adopted the ORDINANCE ON THE WAY AND CONDITIONS OF THE ACCESS TO THE PUBLIC POSTAL OPERATOR'S POSTAL NETWORK, prescribing the way and conditions of the access to the PPO's postal network.

Both Ordinances shall enter into force on the eigth day following their publication in the „Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia“ and shall become valid as of January 1, 2016.

NEW NAME OF THE AGENCY

On the day of coming into force of the Law on Changes and Amendments to the Law on Electronic Communications and the Law on Changes and Amendments to the Law on Postal Services of June 21, 2014, a new independent regulatory body was formed from the Republic Agency for Postal Services and Republic Agency for Electronic Communications, under the name Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services.

Payment of humanitarian aid through PayPal service

Please be informed that as of May the 18th 2014, a PayPal account, through which it is possible to donate humanitarian assistance for flood victims in the Republic of Serbia from 193 countries and regions, is activated. 

The account belongs to the Mission of the Republic of Serbia to the European Union in Brussels, and the funds that are paid by using PayPal service are directly transferred to the special account of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, opened in order to help eliminate consequences of floods. 

Payment of humanitarian aid for flood victims in the Republic of Serbia by using PayPal service is enabled through the following Internet address: www.floodrelief.gov.rs
